The ultimate goal of NO|ON, a group of three Italian designers, is the art, which they have decided to make it more accessible through design, bringing it out of the narrow circle of insiders. The first product to be introduced is the declination of a work in wood by the artist and founder of no|on Daniel Fortuna, presented in Milan during the 2013 Fuorisalone on the occasion of his personal exhibition. It is The White Rabbit Rocks!, a rabbit who is also rocking lamp. As in Alice in Wonderland the protagonist follows the rabbit to an enchanted world, in the same way the lamp wants to be the first way to enter the magical world imagined by no|on. A rabbit that moves, yes, but rocking in a slow and gentle rythm, the one of the chairs for telling fairy tales: a real push toward childhood, an incentive to slow down the pace and rediscover the carefree and imagination that only children can have. The group decided to produce the rabbit in a limited series, making it in ceramics in collaboration with an historic Italian company in the sector, for a final product 100 % made in Italy, where art, design and craftsmanship are mixed and balanced.
