Ciam, a leading company in the refrigeration sector, presents the inclusive cocktail station in collaboration with Bruno Vanzan, an award-winning bartender, and designer Fabiano Zucconi. The circular workstation Moon, designed and created by the award-winning bartender Bruno Vanzan together with designer Fabiano Zucconi, and produced and distributed by CIAM, is the cocktail station that redefines professional bartending. The project combines advanced functionality, research, customization, and design excellence, introducing new standards that make the work more inclusive and accessible to all abilities. Moon offers a compact design that allows bartenders to have everything within reach without moving from the central position. The Moon Open version, featuring an open base, an access ramp, and a rotating platform, makes the station accessible even to professionals in wheelchairs, promoting an inclusive and flexible work environment. Moon Open is the result of a design process aimed at creating a workspace that respects and enhances diverse abilities, offering a design that opens up a way of working that is fully accessible. The Moon collection—part of the 4Mixology product range—includes a wide product offering. Moon, the circular station that optimizes space and movement, is equipped with a cutting-edge refrigeration system, an integrated nitrogen glass chiller, and compartments for innovative tools such as the flavour blaster. Moon Line offers a linear solution, while the Moon Light station, with a built-in design in brushed steel, provides a more compact solution ideal for functional and efficient configurations. “The drive to realize this project came from the desire to give equal opportunities to people like Alessandro Vitiello,” says Bruno Vanzan. “Until today, Alessandro hasn’t been able to fully pursue the profession he dreamed of because cocktail stations were never designed for people with disabilities. The journey to creating the first prototype was long. During the year of work, I saw Alessandro grow passionate about the first technical drawings and get emotional seeing the initial prototype. From him, I found profound inspiration, both professionally and personally. I hope this project can represent a small step toward a more inclusive world,” concludes Bruno Vanzan. CIAM offers ergonomic and advanced design solutions for industry professionals, with customizable products adaptable to customer needs.
