Founded in 1920 and with a long family tradition, Point is a company in constant evolution. At FERIA HÁBITAT VALENCIA 2017 Point presents its new proposals in outdoor furniture for the next season. WEAVE, by Vicent Martínez; PAL, by Francesc Rifé; and TUB and FENNEC, by Gabriel Teixidó, will embellish Stand A14, the 180 metres stand located in Pavilion 2. In addition to this, the WEAVE collection will be present in the exhibition “The Design Culture – Encuentros en diseño” organized by the Valencian company PUNT. It has been nearly 100 years since Point started and the experience acquired through craftwork gets re ected in every piece of the collection. The company, pioneer in the use of twisted fibre material, has become during the last years a worldwide referent in the manufacturing of outdoor furniture due to a high bet on innovation and design which result in a long-lasting, functional and comfortable furniture which fits with any place and space. TUB designed by Gabriel Teixidó Eight pieces with remarkable straight lines that interweave with subtle curves. Made of aluminium, this collection stands out for the lightness and resistance to hard weather conditions. WEAVE designed by Vicent Martínez Like Baya Weaver birds, which build their nests in a precise and meticulous way, weaving and knotting every fibre, WEAVE is born to create unique pieces to enjoy a pleasant conversation, a good read outdoors… ROUND designed by Francesc Rifé Rectangular and square dining tables; side and coffee tables; chairs, bar stools, sofas and armchairs make up this furniture collection which invites us to enjoy the magic of outdoors.
