Studio Macura has just presented its collection at Maison&Objet, standing as a brand that has decided to dedicate to the design of those small items and accessories adaptable both to a home as to a contract environment. The peculiarity lies in the ability to create objects whose aesthetic pleasing hides unexpected interpretations, where what you know that comforts you, goes hand in hand with a bit more mysterious side: it’s the way that Studio Macura chose to ensure that their products are original and poetic, with a spirit destined to last over time. A simple and honest approach to design, as the chosen traditional materials: porcelain, glass, wood. Accompanied by temped metal slats, as for the magazine racks Lako, whose hyper essential structure leverages contemporaneity by using 3D printing technology: the same that creates fun snail-shaped bookmarks or the bird of Leti lamp, clinging to the wire that hangs from the ceiling. Notable the interpretations of the marble which, in Kamen coffee table for example, compares its solid and monolithic size, used for the base, with the extreme lightness of the very thin steel sheet top. A carefree production, able to sekk for beauty of finished products and to exploit design for items that bring the good mood.
